Le Meridien Lav hotel - venue of the conference

A block reservation has been secured for DGINS guests at Le Méridien Lav hotel, with a limited number of rooms available at special rates:

Bed & Breakfast (Single Use): €140.00 per night

Bed & Breakfast (Double Use): €160.00 per night

These rates are valid for stays between 21 and 24 October 2025, and may be extended to additional dates subject to availability.

HOW TO BOOK

For conference dates (October 21–24, 2025), hotel reservations should be made directly through the registration link – Book your group rate for DGINS CONFERENCE – or by contacting the hotel.

If you plan to extend your stay up to 3 days before or after the conference, please make your reservation by contacting the hotel directly:

The block booking is available until October 14, 2025.

We recommend booking early to ensure availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations can be cancelled without any cancellation fees up to 14 days before arrival.

For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, a fee of 100% of the cancelled services will apply.
